How do I make my website content copyrighted?

Do I have register somewhere or pay someone to make my content copyrighted? What action should I take if I find someone copied my website content and paste it on their website exactly it appears on my site?

1. Whatever you CREATE on your site is automatically considered your intellectual property. Nobody has the right to copy it without your consent. If somebody does it, you contact them and demand it to be taken off their site. If they don't do it, you'll have to take them to court, where you'll have to prove that you were the first one creating this content.
