Do you know of an open source CMS to allow me build a jobsite out of the box ?

I am planning of building a jobsite and I want to find a CMS which will help me in my work. I know Joomla but I believe there should be something better. I need main functions such as category search, regular update, CV upload, send a message to the company, subscribe for the newsletter etc. Any ideas ? Thanks guys!

1. I think a 'cloned' website would prob serve you better. There are many look-a-likes and scripts that immitate a website. Most of these give you back end access (cms) that you can use. I haven't come across a real good one yet but their around. Just google job search cloned scripts or something. It is againest the law to use an illegal copy so just beware if you download something etc.
2. You can use Joomla for this. There is a company that makes a component you can buy that will do all you ask. Do a search for 'NeoJoomla' and look at the component they have. Regards, Glenn http://www.webjutsu.com
